1. Veri sorumlusu

2. İşlediğimiz veriler

• İletişim formu: ad soyad, firma, e-posta, telefon, şehir, segment, hacim ve mesaj; güvenlik için gönderim zamanı ve kısaltılmış IP adresi.
• Şarkı siparişleri: satın alma sonrasında bize iletilen isim, an bilgisi, dil/telaffuz notu ve rıza kaydı. Sipariş bir işletme adına verildiyse bu verilerde işletme veri sorumlusu, biz ise onun adına veri işleyeniz.
• Ödemeler: Satın alımlar, yetkili satıcımız ve kayıtlı satıcımız (Merchant of Record) Paddle.com Market Limited (30 Old Bailey, Londra, EC4M 7AU, Birleşik Krallık) üzerinden yapılır. Ad, e-posta, ülke ve ödeme bilgileri Paddle tarafından kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işlenir; Paddle siparişi yürütmek için gerekli bilgileri (ad, e-posta, ülke, sipariş) bizimle paylaşır. Kart bilgileri bize ulaşmaz.

3. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

• Mesajlara dönüş yapmak ve sözleşme görüşmelerini yürütmek (KVKK m.5/2-c; GDPR m.6/1-b).
• Siparişleri üretmek ve teslim etmek: bireysel alımlarda sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c; GDPR m.6/1-b), işletme adına verilen siparişlerde veri işleme sözleşmesi kapsamında.
• Faturalama ve yasal yükümlülükler (KVKK m.5/2-ç; GDPR m.6/1-c).
• Kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve güvenlik (KVKK m.5/2-f; GDPR m.6/1-f).
• Pazarlama e-postaları yalnızca ayrı onayınızla (KVKK m.5/1; GDPR m.6/1-a).

4. Aktarım

Veriler; barındırma ve e-posta sağlayıcımız Hostinger (sunucular Almanya/AB), şarkı üretiminde kullandığımız hizmet sağlayıcıları (AB veya ABD) ve ödemeler için Paddle ile paylaşılabilir. Bu paylaşımlar yurt dışına aktarım niteliğindedir ve KVKK m.9 ile GDPR'ın öngördüğü güvencelere (ör. standart sözleşmeler) dayanılarak yapılır. Verileriniz satılmaz.

5. Saklama süreleri

• İletişim formu kayıtları: en fazla 12 ay.
• Şarkı siparişindeki isim ve an bilgisi: üretimden sonra en fazla 30 gün; hatıra sayfaları: 12 ay.
• Fatura kayıtları: yasal saklama süresi boyunca.

6. Çerezler

Sitede reklam, analitik veya takip çerezi kullanılmaz. Dil tercihiniz tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur. "Şimdi satın al" ile ödeme penceresini açtığınızda Paddle, ödeme güvenliği ve dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi için kendi çerezlerini kullanır. Ayrıntılar: Çerez Politikası.

7. Çocuklar

18 yaşından küçükler için şarkı üretmiyor ve bu yaş grubuna ait veri işlemiyoruz.

8. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve onayınızı geri alma haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi edomis@edomis.io adresine iletebilirsiniz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya ilgili veri koruma otoritesine şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.

2. Data we process

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone, city, segment, volume and message; submission time and a truncated IP address for security.
• Song orders: the name, moment details, language/pronunciation note and consent record sent to us after purchase. When an order is placed on behalf of a business, the business is the controller and we act as its processor.
• Payments: purchases are made through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU, UK). Your name, email, country and payment details are processed by Paddle under its own privacy policy, and Paddle shares with us what we need to fulfil the order (name, email, country, order). We never receive card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to messages and contract negotiations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Producing and delivering orders: performance of the contract for individual purchases (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5/2-c), and under a data processing agreement for orders placed on behalf of a business.
• Invoicing and legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
• Abuse prevention and security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Marketing emails only with your separate consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Sharing and transfers

Data may be shared with our hosting and email provider Hostinger (servers in Germany/EU), the service providers we use to produce songs (EU or US), and Paddle for payments. These are international transfers and rely on the safeguards required by GDPR and KVKK Art. 9 (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data.

5. Retention

• Contact form submissions: up to 12 months.
• Names and moment details in song orders: up to 30 days after production; keepsake pages: 12 months.
• Invoicing records: for the statutory retention period.

6. Cookies

The site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage. When you open the checkout with "Buy now", Paddle uses its own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention. Details: Cookie Policy.

7. Children

We do not make songs for, or process data of, anyone under 18.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Write to edomis@edomis.io. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
